Sarah Maria ~ Talent Agent / Project Manager

Sarah Maria is an articulate, passionate and visionary team leader with an ability to recognize talent and package it to win. Her leadership style is one that encourages every team member to take the initiative in their respective fields and that we are always working ‘with’ each other rather than ‘for’ anyone.

As the founder of SpeakEasy Promotions, Sarah Maria has been coordinating lectures, events, party’s and retreats for the past 8 years. In 2008 Sarah was introduced to the work of Health Motivator Daniel Vitalis and was inspired to assist him in taking his public career to a more substantial and influential level. In the 2 years that followed Sarah operated as Daniel Vitalis’ Executive Assistant and Agent promoting his work and public personality all over the world. Sarah has directed, filmed and edited dozens of dynamic, high quality promotional videos and produced 2 full length instructional DVD’s. Being actively involved in the entire production process, Sarah Maria now has an experiential knowledge of what works, what doesn’t and what roles need to be filled in order to ensure the most successful and abundant outcome.

Amanda ‘Phabulous’ ~ SpeakEasy MC / Burst Your Bubble Hostess

With a passionate and charming stage presence Amanda ‘Phabulous’ Crocker is a natural entertainer and superstar interviewer. She is fun, creative and edgy enough to ask the questions that we all want to know but are too afraid to ask.

Amanda started stage performing at age 6, winning awards for theater script writing and performing she moved into film/extra work at age 25 and took on the role of production manager at Victoria’s first Green Screen Studio: Island Industrial FX. Her passion for alternative healing developed while studying Biology at the University of Western Ontario and has now evolved into the creation of Burst Your Bubble TV – A web based Mind, Body & Soul Program who’s focus is to educate and empower people to take back control of their internal and external health.

McKinley Hlady ~ Producer

‘MCK’ has an incomparable work ethic and an eye for detail. As a talented writer and producer, Mckinley is known for his magic touch, radiating positivity and knowledge to each and every project with which he is involved. A graduate of the Gulf Island Film and Television School, he contributed to the development of Salt Spring Island’s first cable station.

McKinley most recently took the reins at Vancouver Island’s premiere green screen production studio, Island Fx, in 2009. In July 2010, he came on board with Triton Films in Los Angeles to produce our feature length debut, ‘Avarice’. and is now working on multiple high budget feature film projects.

Dan Zaviceanu ~ Cinematographer/Camera Operator

Born and raised in Transylvania, Romania, Dan experimented with film from an early age, images that lead to subsequent projects, and then ultimately a career path. Dan immigrated to Canada in 1995 and graduated from Victoria Motion Picture School in 1999.

Since graduation he has worked as a Camera Operator and Camera Assistant on Cinematic Features (‘Dead Heat’ starring Kiefer Sutherland/’Keeper’ starring Dennis Hopper/’Emile’ starring Ian Mckellen), Shorts for CBC, Reality TV series for ABC and the History Channel, MOV’s for HBO, Music Videos for MTV, Much Music, CMT, Bravo TV (alongside LEO Award winner director Jason Bourque) and Commercials.

Ethan Mallais ~ Production Management / Camera B Operator

Ethan Mallias was born and raised on Vancouver Island and his knowledge and love for the local resonates through his film and photography work. He is currently a member of Iatse, with hundreds of hours of experience operating the B cam on a variety of sets and has worked in Film Set Decoration as a set dresser for the past 7years.

A entrepreneur at heart Ethan most recently Founded Alternative Reel Productions – A Film Production and Equipment Rental Company offering an array of multi-media products to personal and commercial clientele. Working in collaboration with SpeakEasy Promotions, Alternative Reel offers services to include HD Television & Internet Commercials, Music Videos, Instructional Materials and Indie Films.
